Customer-Created Returns

Pro users can now enable your Customers create their own RMAs complete with postage labels. Built for Clients who place a significant premium on customer experience, this feature preemptively provides them with a prepaid postage label.   ($5 if under 1lb & $10 if over 1lb.)

  • Embed our Customer Service Webform code

  • Enable "Returns Self-Service"

  • That's it!

Also, Clients who elect to not prepay return postage can still use the RMA-feature to allow customers to self-create RMAs.

International Shipping Update

Amplifier is updating our Freight policies for International shipments.  For years, Amplifier's International Standard shipments have used an untrackable method. This method (while generally reliable) often averages 4+ weeks for delivery and provides no trackability or means to validate claims of non-delivery.  With our International Track & Trace method, shipments usually arrive in 7-10 days with trackability at a relatively small premium over the untrackable option.  Moreover, ~95% of our International shipments go to Trace & Trace countries.

As of September 1, 2019, Amplifier will default International Standard shipments to Track & Trace. To prevent your shipments from going this method, you will need to update your International Shipments to “International - Untrackable”. (International Untrackable rates will be slightly higher to account for bounced shipments, undeliverables and additional customer service costs.)
