Amplifier 2019 Platform Update

2019 brings a host of new features to Amplifier.   We wanted to share the most exciting new ones.

Introducing Turbo™

We are excited to share a new feature we call Turbo™.  This account-level setting enables expedited fulfillment of ecommerce & campaign orders.   Think of it as a TSA Pre for your shipments. When active, Turbo results in Same Day Shipping for most standard orders of in stock items received by 1pm CST*. Some restrictions apply & you must login into to read article.)  Turbo™ only adds .$35/shipment and is available immediately.

Zapier API Keys

Wow people dig our new Zapier app . So we thought, let’s bring this to more clients. Now everyone on Starter & higher plans their own Zapier API Key.  With it, you can connect Amplifier to your favorite apps in powerful ways.  What’s more, Amplifier has added three new Zapier triggers.

  • Low Stock Alert - Triggers when an Item hits your Configured Low Stock Level

  • Out of Stock Alert - Triggers once an Item goes Out of Stock

  • Backorder Alert - Triggers upon Backorder

The New Visual Catalog

Creating Merch just got easier with our new Visual Catalog. You can finally preview the most commonly used On-Demand and Bulk Blanks before designing them.  Additionally, you can filter by Product Type and see the most popular blanks currently in use.  Enjoy!

Customer-Created Returns

Pro users can now enable your Customers create their own RMAs complete with postage labels. Built for Clients who place a significant premium on customer experience, this feature preemptively provides them with a prepaid postage label.   ($5 if under 1lb & $10 if over 1lb.)

  • Embed our Customer Service Webform code

  • Enable "Returns Self-Service"

  • That's it!

Also, Clients who elect to not prepay return postage can still use the RMA-feature to allow customers to self-create RMAs.

International Shipping Update

Amplifier is updating our Freight policies for International shipments.  For years, Amplifier's International Standard shipments have used an untrackable method. This method (while generally reliable) often averages 4+ weeks for delivery and provides no trackability or means to validate claims of non-delivery.  With our International Track & Trace method, shipments usually arrive in 7-10 days with trackability at a relatively small premium over the untrackable option.  Moreover, ~95% of our International shipments go to Trace & Trace countries.

As of September 1, 2019, Amplifier will default International Standard shipments to Track & Trace. To prevent your shipments from going this method, you will need to update your International Shipments to “International - Untrackable”. (International Untrackable rates will be slightly higher to account for bounced shipments, undeliverables and additional customer service costs.)

One More Thing

Something wicked this way comes.
